in the 40 yard dash ur stick control has 2 be sick..... once u get in "the zone" u have 2 stay in it till the 40 yards is up and make sure u use...
my record in the bench press drill is 40 and my record for the 40 yard dash is 4.41.... i would like to hear every1 else records in this.
for me it was the way Pennington played..... I thought there was no way he would be as good as he was so he was great to see him play so well.

If its a keeper league I agree WhiteShoeWillie and I would take fitz but if its a 1 year league i would take Holt as his #'s are always on point.
Barlow is a ok back just not good and not suck ass either....... he will get like 850 yards with about 4 scores.
