That’s because DD is a Masshole based company. Born and raised and Bergen County and been calling Taylor ham all my life(in my late 40’s now)....

Hiram’s. Tony Bourdain’s old haunt growing up in Leonia next door, my mother lives 5 min up the road from there in Pal Pk.
They’re all over NJ, although their food is terrible, their ice cream treats and drinks are a good deal.
