Thanks for proving my point. New York is not San Diego, nor is it Oakland or St. Louis. New York is a metropolis with over 20 million people in the tristate area. I really believe there is no chance the owner would want to move the team to a third rate location from the hub of world commerce.

Why are you now talking about Los Angeles again? Yes, the LA market is large, but it also highly fickle; it is certainly no New York with its diehard fans. Why did the Rams move to St Louis? Why did the Raiders move to LA and then return to Oakland? Because the fans adopt and drop teams so easily. That doesn't happen here. I disagree with you completely regarding the reality of the Jets leaving this area.
