I honestly can't blame someone for running to America for help if they think they have ebola. I sure as hell would. I am wondering though, why aren't more of them getting off the plane in Europe for help?
Liberia and the US have a connection. There's a substantial community of people with roots in Liberia in the US. That's because Liberia was founded as a haven for freed American slaves. The capital isn't called Monrovia because it's catchy. it's called Monrovia because James Monroe was the President at the time that Liberia was founded. It's called Liberia in honor of Liberty. It's the only country in Africa founded by US colonization.
They're saying the Liberian asshat who brought Ebola here died......on the bright side he won't be infecting everyone else. The bad news is we'll have to wait to see how many people he may have infected.
But he can only infect people who have an open wound that he accidentally vomits on. Where's the worry?
They should put it in a piss trough in one of the bathrooms at Sun Life Stadium. Since it's totally harmless. Then again, deathtard has probably never been there.
The guy apparently told the admitting nurse at the ER that he had been in Liberia and had symptoms that made him concerned given the Ebola outbreak there. She sent him home with antibiotics. That's really bad management at the hospital. They should have had every staffer there listening hard for Liberia, West Africa and Ebola and quarantining anybody who showed up. He was admitted a couple of days later when he showed up with hemorrhagic symptoms. I guess having blood coming out of his body broke through the stupidity barrier at the ER.
Can't blame him one bit for coming here. He should of been treated here when he first reached out for help. Did he ever say how he got the virus?
Maybe they should lock that country down and keep everybody out of this country to stop it from spreading. Fuckin assholes
Texas sheriff's deputy rushed to hospital with Ebola symptoms after attending apartment of 'patient zero' who died today http://www.dailymail.co.uk/news/art...ptoms-contact-patient-zero-Thomas-Duncan.html
here's a fun thought. the symptoms are described as "flu like" and our hospital workers are obviously not well trained in identifying this shit. flu season is right around the corner
