To be fair to Geno, he was not the problem, it was the FO in conjunction with or forcing the CS to treat him like a top 10 pick. I hope that trend ends this year.
By a rookie quarterback's standards? It was a promising second half. Even if you don't want to use the word 'promising' it was enough to not completely scrap the entire project after 1 year.

I never suggested scrap--but Idzik HAD to upgrade the position in that draft. It was one of the deepest QB drafts in a decade. _
