Wonderlic test scores, if anyone cares.

    I have seen some of the questions administered on that test, and some of them are quite tricky. Anyways, our Rhodes Scholar Chad Pennington scored just a 25 on the test, lower than both Brooks Bollinger (28) and Kliff Kingsbury (31). The highest ones on the list were Alex Smith at 40 and Drew Henson at 42....pretty amazing scores but obviously shows that scoring high on the Wonderlic doesn't translate to automatic performance in the NFL.

    any one test at the combine doesn't prove a thing, but a bunch of them examined together can give a more balanced view of the players abilities.

    There seems to be a lot of misinformation about this around - didn't someone post a story yesterday referring to Pennington and Brady both getting 44 or 45? Anyway, I give this person credit for being honest:

    well chad only got a 25....farve looked like it said 22...so i guess you dont need to pass that test to be good...ALSO...Big been got a 25 and Antwaan Randle El got a 17 who just won a Super Bowl....wonderlic test can wonderlic my b***s

    I'm pretty sure that Ryan Fitzpatrick, Harvard QB and now Rams QB, got a 50 last year on the test.

    How can Pennington, a Rhodes Scholar finalist, only score a 25? Something is a little fishy there...

    Wow, that was way to easy, i got a 50, the questions on the real Wonderlic have gotta be tougher than that.

    that was easy as hell, i just scored a 50 with 25 seconds to spare. i dont know how anyone can score anything less than like 30-35

    Ever since Chad was drafted I was trying to find out what his score on the Wonderlic was, and a couple of years ago it came out that he scored a 25. I've seen the 25 mentioned twice in articles since then, but never any score above 40.
