If you had to guess, which two offensive players told the newspaper that we should cut CP. I doubt it would be Curtis, he wouldn't say anything like that, and I doubt it was Coles unless he completely turned on Chad. So, who was it? Please vote for 2 only.

I believe one is Kendall. He came here to win a ring and his chances were ruined by how fragile Chad is. Plus he's the most vocal with the media. I'm 95% sure one is Kendall

The other is a guess. Sowell

I don't know who it was but whomever it was should be cut.. You do not say something like that about your teammate who has given everything he has for this team. I would say Mawae and Kendall though since they probably think they are on there way out anyway..

Based on the "he wasn't hit that hard comment" there's no doubt in my mind that at least 1 is an O-Lineman. I'm not sure who it is yet, but there are 3 guys I'm positive were not the ones quoted.

Curtis: far too classy to say something like this
Mawae: based on his history, he wouldn't have had been quoted anonymous
Coles: too much history with Chad

I doubt it was Mawae, he's been here a while, I don't see him saying anything like that. MSU is probably right, it's probably like Harry Williams Jr. and Cedric Houston.

i agree with BroadwayMike. kendall came here with high expectations after playing for arizona for a bunch of years. chad pretty much ruined his chances of ever winning a championship. plus kendall is always upfront with the media, he doesnt hold much back and just tells it lik eit is.

my second pick was mawae. i base this on the fact that the jets asked chad to take a pay cut but he refused. thus the jets have to cut salary elsewhere, like from mawae. hes probably pissed that by not taking a cut when he really should, chad has forced mawae into a tough spot. he must no weither accept a reduced salary or face being cut from the team that has embraced him so much for the majority of a decade

Chad didn't ruin his Super Bowl chances, Doug Brien and Herman Edwards did.

It has to be the linemen. They're the ones who get the heat for the injuries to Chad, and some of them, namely Mawae and Kendall, are outspoken on everything.

I would say it's most likely Kenall, Mawae, Moore or Baker. I definitely don't think it's Coles, Martin or McCareins. Regardless, if there's that kind of sentiment in the locker room, he's lost the faith of this team and should be gone.

I don't see an option for:

"It was a made up quote"

because that's what I'd vote for.

It's probably two of these three, since they have no loyalty to Chad from prior years: Blaylock, Jolley, or Houston. I'd bet on the first two because a rookie knows his role...usually.
McCareins seems content cashing his paycheck for doing next to nothing, but he was supposed to receive a lot from Chad in Dinger's offense and he obviously came up waaaaaaaaaaaaaaay short.
I can't see Martin, Coles, or Mawae saying a bad thing about Chad. Ever. Even if they felt something simialr, there's no way these guys are going to vent to the f'n Post about it.
Maybe someone who's bitter about his own jet future, or lack thereof...Fabini? Kendall?
Perhaps it's the most underrated, and in my opinion underappreciated, guy on our offense...Chris Baker.

No matter who said it...they were right. My money's on Jolley and Blaylock.

I'm going with Kendall and Coles. I know about Coles's relationship with Chad but he can never be as good as he believes he can be with Chad as the QB.
He sees Santana going to the pro-bowl with a strong armed QB and knows that he wont as long as Chad is around.
