I was not very high on Darnold pre draft, I think he has a lot to fix and even more to learn. I personally don't see him as can't miss and I'm far from ready to anoint him the savior. I don't think he will be a complete bust, but I'm not convinced he will become an elite QB either. Those turnovers can very easily multiply at the next level. Smaller windows that close much faster and that loopy throwing motion will give DBs that extra half step to break up or intercept a pass. I'm hoping he improves the mechanics, and can learn the playbook by midseason. As long as he's a Jet, he gets my support.
