Carr with the unbelievably awful interception. Raiders continue to not get penalties while the Rams do get penalties, and Rams get points and turnovers and the Raiders don't. Very odd.

Rewatching some of the finishes....wtf were the Browns thinking settling for that field position in OT in pouring rain conditions? 1 run up the gut and a spike after a penalty on the return that took them out of fg range? That's the type of scared coaching that kills me. Herm and Rex did the same shit. Spineless.
