Does anyone know the cap situations for Seattle (hopefully after Hutch - b/c I know Minnesota made it front-loaded to hinder their chances of matching) and Atlanta. Hopefully, matching the Hutch contract still leaves them some room. The worst situation is having Atlanta thinking they are bidding against themselves.
