R.I.P. Oscar Taveras

    Baseball's #3 prospect dead in a car crash in the DR. His GF was killed in the crash as well after their car ran off the road. Very very sad day for baseball. He was only 22, same age as Adenhart.

    Brewers fan, but obviously never like to hear anything like this.. Every time somebody dies you can't help but wonder if only they did a few little things different with their day, everything would be totally different. Shame.. RIP

    Huge loss for the Cardinals and baseball in general.

    22 years old man that shouldn't happen.

    Or if you are their loved one you wonder if there is anything on your end that had you done it would have changed things. It's a guilt I'll always carry with me.

    As far as Tavares..... just shocked. Sadly the Cards have gone through this just a few years ago with the pitcher who was on their 2006 WS team that died in an accident and then of course Daryl Kile. At this point fuck baseball because all that matters is the young man and his girlfriend who lost their lives.
