    Len Pasquarelli, of ESPN.com, reports the Miami Dolphins have signed free agent FB Fred Beasley (49ers) to a one-year contract. Financial terms of the deal were not disclosed.

    In light of Miami's signing of FB Fred Beasley, all AFC East teams will forfeit the 2006 season and any season in which Fred Beasley participates in with Miami...

    But damn... I don't see San Francisco doing much better than last year unless Alex Smith has a break out season. It just seems like all of their good players have left...

    First WR Brandon Lloyd, they're only recieving threat.
    Then OLB Julian Peterson, a top OLB.
    Now one of the better FBs in the game...

    Good signing by the Fins, Beasley's one of the best FBs in the game.

    Eh, if he was that good he'd get more than one year. He's still the best FB in the AFC East.
