That would be great. I'd be fine with just their 2nd round pick. Anything more would be icing. Interesting to see where we fall.
We gave up 2 2s this year and one 2 next to go from 6 to 3. Based on that a 2 ,3 and following year 3 seems about fair. No?
That pick is worth more than just a 2, especially when you can hold them hostage. They need a QB but so does the team ahead of them. Gotta get multiple picks.
That trade would be awesome! They could take Greg Little with Jacksonville's pick,who could be the best (and only true) LT prospect, then add an edge rusher in the 2nd round, and with 3-3rd round picks could take an OG or C, RB, and TE or WR. If they've added another edge rusher in FA some OL depth and perhaps AJ Cann or another starting-caliber OG, the offense should be a lot better next year with a new CS.
Gotta hope Herbert comes out. He's said in the past that he's staying for his senior year but getting knocked out of his last game with a shoulder injury might have changed his mind.
Everyone thought Darnold would stay. Not many QBs in the first round, Herbert has to take a shot. Daniel Jones from Duke is OK might go in RD1 Call it the Matt Barkley effect.
