At this point I'm convinced the most important move for the Jets is to select a HC that exudes leadership, control, offensive minded innovation and demands full players accountability. That migh exclude some talented up and coming rookie unless they have already demonstrated it in spades. This team is far more talented that many give them credit but above all Incredibly undisciplined. They don't play as a team, they don't think as a team and sure as hell don't remotely function as a team.
Let's start there. As far as a VP of ops is concerned I want someone that lives, eats and breathes personnel development and talent capture. Mac to me should be relegated to the financials and cap management if retained. Both Mac and the new HC should report to the VP of ops.

You are 100% correct. Anyone who has season tickets and renews next year can’t complain about ownership because renewing is a vote for the Johnson brothers. The best thing I ever did was give them up after 35 years. Went to 2 regular season games via stubhub the Miami and Vikes game. Season was over by next home game so that was it for me. I spent $150 for the season and watched 14 games on tv. No parking passes were wasted and ZERO pre season. F Woody

It's time for the Billboard/Fly over people to make their move. I'm not sure what approach they should take...but this fan base needs to take matters into their own hands. Even the Wilpon's don't like being embarrassed. The Johnson's need a wake up call.
