    "The prophecy foretold of a USC Quarterback who would bring glory to the Jets of New York drafted high in the 1st round after trading up. The second Quarterback taken. He will have less than average experience at USC, however, start the season for the defensive minded head coach".

    This whole time we thought the prophecy was Mark Sanchez, but that was a red herring by the football gods.

    Coincidentally Darnold will start his career against the first QB taken in the 2009 draft.
