I did qualify it by saying "unless we have two 1000 yard backs," but you're right that I contradicted myself. What I mean is that Chris Johnson will probably have more rushing yards than Powell did last year, but I don't think he will put up crazy numbers as a receiver. I think Ivory will get a few more touches and will probably rush for 1,100-1,200 yards. I think Johnson will get more than 750 rushing yards, but I think 450 receiving yards is unlikely. My mistake for incorrect phrasing. I also thought you said we should just pay him what he wanted but perhaps you replied to my reply when someone else said that. There just aren't going to be enough touches to go around to get Ivory and Johnson both near 1,200 yards of production. I could be wrong if the run focused offense results in surprising success. And of course it's all for bill if one of the backs gets hurt.
