In terms of natural skills he isn't great. However, he has decent hips,is very quick,is a good tackler and is smart. That is the kind of player that flourishes in a Pats/Mangini-esque scheme.
Well this went in a wrong direction. I don't think Strait is very good in a man to man system, but I think he would flourish in a system similar to what the Pats ran. And if Mangini brings his defense as I suspect he will, then a fast corner is the least of our worries.
