I was insulted... Need advice for a good comeback.

In other words, now you’re jonesing so hard for the good things in life that when you finally give in and stop depriving yourself you end up getting humiliated by a minimum wager?

There’s a lesson to be learned here.

 

After receiving the insult you have about 1.5 seconds, maybe two at most, to make your comeback comment. Any longer and it looks like you're trying too hard and will be very awkward.
As this thread goes back to last Thursday and you probably didn't quickly start it within 2 seconds of receiving the insult then we can only toss out some suggestions for next time the exact same women gives you the exact same insult.
Next time when she sarcastically suggests you might want 2 more burgers just pat your tummy and say 'no thank you sir, I'm on a diet'
