Herm could be a fantastic recruiter, and his NFL success and connections could certainly be appealing to kids. but Neuheisal had some well regarded recruitment classes and that translated to nothing on the field, so the question becomes what could Herm bring to the field as a college coach considering UCLA can't doll out the bucks for talented coordinators.
