I got ya. There's a chance. The TE group is approaching dog shit.

No problem in searching for a very good checkdown player.

Blocking blocking blocking, rather have a TE that can block then catch rather than catch then block.

Especially with a average to below average OLine.

I liked watching this! One thing I noticed though is he catches EVERYTHING with his body. He never extends his hands, he waits for the ball to get to his bread basket. Compare this to somelike like Robbie Anderson who catches the ball 3 feet from his body with great hands.

It may not even be an issues, but WRs in the NFL have to be good at catching the ball with their hands out in front of them, above, to the left, to the right, etc.

Watch the vid again and you'll see what I mean.

But his blocking was fun to watch!

If he is the real deal he would be so valuable. Few teams use fullbacks anymore yet on short yardage and goal line, if you establish their ability as blockers, they are often wide open on play action. I would love the versatility to create miss matches. What looks like a heavy set with a FB in game becomes very balanced with a receiving threat and a mobile qb.

You are only 40% correct..I saw plenty of catches he reached up and extended his hands..plus the blocking is a bonus
