Not one that you picked up on. No one seriously believes that any team doesn't make a single change in game. Sorry that you're confusing blown coverages and a lack of talent with coaching. Your point was he never makes changes. People said the same things about Rex but he was too stubborn. They said the same with Mangini. Want to go back to he never does? That's silly
Where did you read he will be at camp? Even if Darnold can get a few weeks with him, that would be tremendous for his growth.
Oh it was announced before the draft, he's coming in to be with his buddy, Bowles. Dont know how much coaching he'll do though.
That's what we all should be hoping. I agree, he's not going to just socialize, no matter what the plan is
Nice try, kid, but I question anyone defending Bowles...as I did with Winner (hah!), Holtz, Coslet, and, certainly Kotite.
Lol thanks, I’ve recently read some of his work and I just decided, yes, Ralebird won the internet, Bowles = Kotite.
Like when he knew unequivocally last fall that TB would be fired last season during the bye because nobody would play hard for him.
Seriously. I watched every one of those guys - some from a seat in Shea Stadium. Ask your Dad where that was.
Close. No cigar. I made a bold prediction - if the Jets were bolder it would have come true. Bowles should have been fired going into the bye week; I'm not satisfied with 5-11. We win some, we lose some - actually we lose way too many. And there never was a mention that "nobody would play hard for him" it was all about his being an ineffective coach who should have been replaced. If he was replaced we'd be looking forward to a new future with the Jets today, instead the draft may have inadvertently bought Bowles a few more years. Good luck with that.
Bowles outscored his opponents in the second half only seven times in the last two seasons - do you have an excuse for that?
If you mean you don't believe that Bowles was gifted some extra time by getting Darnold, I'd like to believe you're right and I'm wrong. Thanks.
