Per Ian Rappaport "QB Andrew Luck is going on IR. His 2017 is over before it began"

This is going to effect the Jets in some capacity in 2018 draft

I think this guy may very well be done! Heard their press conference on Sirius and they were going out of their way to say he is fine and will be back. But NFL rumors say otherwise. Never thought he was all that anyway, but I hope he will be alright

Irsay said he feels the injury is inside his head. Not a good look. Luck may very well want out after this.

As the Jets are concerned, would you trade for him? His shoulder maybe shot, and he has a large contract, but much like Brees, you are getting a stud QB when he's healthy. If I'm Luck, I'm becoming best friends with Brees and trying to do what he did to rehab the shoulder.

The most I would give for Luck is one 2nd round pick, and a conditional 1st rd pick if he were to lead the Jets to the Super Bowl.

I'd give this years 1st, next years 1st and probably throw in a 2nd to get Luck.
He's got top 3 QB potential, and has a good 10 years of playing ahead of him.
Taking this year off is probably the best thing for him long term.

Of course he'd have to pass a physical tho...
