This does not affect us at all. HAHA!

    But seriously

Seattle's offense will continue to ball on kids.

Seattle's offense just got alot better. They now have a true #1 reciever

I wouldn't call Burleson a true #1 reciever, but with him and Jackson they have a really nice 1-2 punch.

So Seattle had to give Minn. a 3rd round pick for Burleson. What did Minn. have to give Seattle for Hutchinson?

I think that Seattle's gonna wish they hadn't given Burleson a big contract out of spite in a few years. He's really not that great.

About as good as Jackson when he's fully healthy in my opinion

The contract seems loaded meaning he'll probably get cut in two years, so they don't take a hit on the cap. It was only all guaranteed if he played in Minnesota so that Minnesota virtually couldn't resign him.

It's not that big of a contract if they cut him in a year or two.

nothing, although Seattle will probably get a 3rd round comp pick in the 2007 draft.

It's not that big a contract. What it amounts to is a 4 year, $14 million deal with a $5.25 million signing bonus. They added 3 voidable phony years so the Vikings wouldn't match. For the Seahawks, it's 4 years, $14 million. For Minnesota, it would have been 7 years, $49 million, and fully guaranteed instantly.
