Just read that the Lions are looking for a WR. Gordon and Megatron would be one hell of a 1-2 punch for Stafford. It would sure as hell help his fantasy value!
I think the Niners will go in for Gordon, they have a serious hole at WR with all their injuries and without some help their season could fall very flat.
Read reports that Gordon isn't actually on the tradeblock, not sure if he never was or after his return they decided to stop fielding offers. If they can get him to stay clean and behave off the field they've got a pretty good WR for whoever their next quarterback is and will have one less piece of the puzzle to acquire.
I'm thinking they floated rumors to light a fire under his ass. If that's true, it worked, because he played his ass off last weekend and went to the press to say he didn't want to leave the Browns.
