I loved the Chargers unis from the mid 60s with the light blue jerseys, yellow pants and the white helmet, yellow bolt and the numbers on the side. _
Who do you guys think has the best jerseys in the NFL today? Top 5. I'll start. Number 5 - Cleveland Browns Away Uniforms.. Orange helmet is best in the league.. White jersey with the brown pants looks sickkkkk Number 4 - Oakland Raiders Away/Home Uniforms... Classic.. Enough Said Number 3 - New York Jets Away Uniforms.. Bias of course because this is our team, but I get excited as shit when they come out in the all-whites. Number 2 - Washington Redskins Away Uniforms.. Love the yellow visor.. Jersey is clean.. I do wish they go back to the burgundy pants though. Number 1 - Buffalo Bills Away Uniforms.. By now you can see I love white jerseys.. This jersey is a classic and I think is best in the league.
I think when the Rex era ends, (hopefully not for awhile), the Jets will change the logo and uniform.
BTW........very cool thread junc. For whatever reason, my Dad and I have always chatted about unis. Interesting to think about and has brought up cool memories. Thanks.
^ love the old time Bengals uni, especially in comparison to the shit they wear now. Fun fact: When Paul Brown started the franchise, he proposed uniforms that were essentially identical to his former employers', the Browns, but had to grudgingly modify the helmets.
