To be fair, he/she/it didn't specify if they called, e-mailed, or went in personally. No-one on here is going to buy what she/he/it is selling figuratively or otherwise, anyway.
Definitely been an entertaining thread, complete with slurs, people refuting whether I actually contacted Kenmore Collectibles and....folks who just can't read. As someone pointed out up thread, ain't nobody buyin' what I'm sellin'...but y'all did make me laugh today, so there's that.
Okay. Don't be discouraged. It is normal for members not to trust the authenticity of what you are selling. I see from your IP that you really are from Boston and your first post 8 years ago said you owned a certified Revis jersey. Both of these things are consistent with what you are saying in this thread. So I believe you if it makes any difference. But no I am not interested
Well damn, thanks for the vote of confidence - and yes, that was me in that post from 2010! Shoulda known someone could track me from my name and/or IP address. Thanks for giving me a little blip of kindness. I get not trusting anyone on the internet. I just figured the Certificate of Authenticity was traceable because they kind of made a show of it when they gave us the jersey. PM me any time if you're in the area and drinks are on me. I'll even let you get a look at our signed, professionally framed Revis jersey, cuz it looks like we'll be finding a space for it somewhere after all....trying to sell it online is just not worth the effort.
Okay. I saw the pictures and I am 100% convinced on authenticity. Thanks for the drink offer. If you stay around and contribute to the board in terms of football discussion I will appreciate. Good luck selling it online. You definitely don't need me to tell you but ebay and craigslist might be other avenues. Also, let the board know how much you are asking for it so at least some people have an idea. Cheers.
BettyKat you seem like a cool lady. Don't let the jackals here get you down. They are a bunch of pussies.... 'Specially that Rollo guy....his troll is weak sauce.
Anybody who didn't see the picture before the OP was removed can verify its legitimacy online. Just go to dictionary.com and look up "depreciate."
Damn brook with the detective work. Mohamed p.i. Brook, Mohamed p.i. Is a play off of a popular tv show from the 80s called magnum p.i.
Lol. I know Magnum pi. The show was popular back in Turkey as well. That said, I saw the pictures and they are authentic if anybody is interested. Also would appreciate if nobody gave kat any hard time.
Don't take it the wrong way but I am tired of people calling each other troll. Rollo is an established old member with a new handle. He isn't troll. He is a short low esteem guy who loves to have fun on the internet. I love him dearly.
C'mon Brook - find us a Turktube of Magnum dubbed into Turkish. We still have two weeks until real football starts and need some entertainment.
There are reputable forensic verification services specifically geared to authenticate sports memorabilia. PSA and JSA are a couple, to name a few. Big name vendors arrange for private signings all the time and buyers can make purchases with confidence. Some of them are Beckett, Fanatics, Steiner... Buying an unauthenticated signature is just as potato as buying one from an unknown authentication vendor. To close, anything obtained in person can be provided to one of these vendors for authentication.
First off if I think Brook is one of the nicest humans on earth that said if the OP were placing a date with a McDonalds cashier up for bid this thread would probably go off the rails. In other news I believe we burnt all our Revis Jerseys so Im not sure what I would do with another ? Is the ink that it is signed with Flame retardant ? That could be a big selling point
