2018 Jets Schedule - Playoffs here we come? Okay okay not so fast. :)

This looks like another "trap season" where the Jets can win more games than they should, and all of a sudden drop the rebuild idea, and then signing a bunch of overpriced FAs who will not lead them to the SB and will ruin their cap space and any chance of actually building a winning team.

When my kids were 10 (now they are upper 20s) that's ALL we did was play Mario! Just a reminder hehehe

 

OH, I have no hope for Bowles, + JETS track record in JAX is even worse than Bowles.... but JAGS stadium is an hour away from me, and my brother and cousins are flying down for the game so we have fun despite the usual beatdown

am I the only one that thinks it is crazy for the Jets to play their first three games in ELEVEN days?

 

Yeah the first time since last year when the start of the season was also easy af

 

Schedule shouldn't even be a factor if Mayfield/Rosen/Darnold are good.

In regards to the stupid name. The first "messsage board/ forum" I ever joined was a FL Sportsman fishing site, with a ton of peeps. Typed in a bunch of screen names that were apparently taken. There was a photo of my old dog on my desk at work (wearing his Wayne Chrebet Jersey) and he was an awesome but pretty stinky JYD so I used that name. I joined this forum shortly after and kept the same screen name.

Regardless of the schedule, the Jets are still a 5-11 team. This team is going to be horrid at the line of scrimmage on both sides of the ball.

 

I live a couple hours away and we’re planning on the Jags & Titan’s games.

 

Not really sure I agree with that sentiment defensively. McClendon and Williams still form a pretty strong front. I do hear you though with regards to our Oline. I think best case scenario they are an average Oline, but it definitely has to potential to be worse.

I am hopeful for an 8-8 year which shows more of a winning attitude and competitiveness on both sides of the ball. Might be wishful thinking though.

 

that's a brutal schedule. i can only see another 5-6 win season

 

We will draft a QB and Bowles wont have a clue ..take my word for it..Guy is an 80s dinasaur

Someone will get injured and the kid will have to make things happen... fast ..without ANY help from our incompetent CS

Thats why a more durable guy (i prefer BM) should be on order

If its Josh R..and I like him too.. he might be in for it till we get an OL to protect him
