The schedule does not look too bad. What does look bad: the Jets Roster. So hard to know how they will do. The draft might answer some questions, but overall the Jets will enter the season as a team people won't know much about. Many people assuming they will be terrible, I just don't see that. QB is important to figure out though.
Hopefully I never get married no offense. Girlfriend is a huge Giants fan but every Sunday I dip out to the man cave to watch the Jets game. Monday night football with a good Jets team is always great though.
Wait until you have kids. Last season my son played in travel soccer in Morris County Little Leage. All of his 10 games were between 1 PM and 5PM on Sundays. It basically killed my NFL Sundays.
It boggles my mine that the Jets, yet again have one of the top 10 hardest schedules. We are tied for the 8th most difficult schedule. How does a last place team have 24 other teams with an "easier" schedule?
Who cares about the schedule .....We are a bottom of the barrel team right now.Im usually overly optimistic but it feels impossible to be positive right now.Atleast with Rex when things got bad he made you feel like we always had a chance and we usually did.Now with this mess with Bowles this is the least interested I've ever been in anything Jets related.Only with the Jets do you go 10-6 and just miss the playoffs one year then go 5-11 and a complete blow up the following year.
With the way the schedule rotates, we were guaranteed to get the entire AFCW and NFCS no matter what. The only thing finishing last did for us is give us games against the Browns and Jags (which we damn well better win). Luck of the draw.
Im going to be rooting for the team to lose every game. Not to thrilled about getting all those home games to start the season. Its imperative that we lose the the Buffalo game. #SuckforSam
Do fans realize if this occurs the Jets have to clean house? Maccagnan needs to be fired and Bowles needs to be fired. I don't think this is the #32 team in the NFL. QB is the biggest question though, no doubt.
I'll tell you what sucks. How the Jets - and the NFL - treats Jets season ticket holders. While it's great that we have all these 1 pm games, they still manage to stick it to the STH. Why, if the Jets have only one prime time game, does it have to be home? Why, if the Jets are true co-owners of MetLife, do the Jets have a home game every single time a holiday falls on a Sunday while the Giants never do ( Jets are home on Christmas Eve - Giants are away). Why do the Jets have a damn home game every damn Thangsgiving weekend while the Giants are always away? It's ridiculous. Jets are home on 11/26. Giants play away Thangsgiving night. It happens every single season and it is horrible.
WEEK 1: at Buffalo Bills WEEK 2: at Raiders WEEK 3: vs. Dolphins WEEK 4: vs. Jaguars WEEK 5: at Browns Its amazing how weak our first 5 games are this year (when its basically meaningless) as compared to last year when we thought we had a chance preseason.
Raiders and Dolphins are going to chew us up and spit us out. Jags are better than us and we are due for a loss against the Browns. The Bills are the only win I see on that list and that is extremely unlikely since McCown will most likely be playing that game. 1-4, 0-5, perfectly fine with me.
