To sort of quote Bobby Jones (when he was referring to Jack Nicklaus), these teams are playing a game with which I am not familiar. It sure as heck isn't baseball.

I'm off to bed. Presumably I'll read about two or three more lead changes in the morning.

Well, not quite lead changes, just another tie, but still utter ridiculousness and pitching ineptitude.

I suppose a 5-0 comeback will be fitting for this series.

I think the Astros are going to run out of arms.

wow Charlie Morton. Unlikely guy to lock down the Dodgers for the last few innings.

Darvish and Bellinger were especially awful this series.

First World Series win for the Houston Astros.

When they moved to the AL, I felt sorry for them and figured theyd continue to lose 100 games a year for ages. Instead they become a juggernaut. Draft well, add smart pieces via trade/FA, win a title. There's a lesson in there. Maybe the Jets will learn it some day.

Having two runners on with less than two outs in four of the first five innings and getting zero runs is the offensive equivalent of Darvish’s pitching.

That was a total team choke job.
