I don't worry when we kick FGs anymore. Feely makes every kick that he's supposed to make. I'm sure he'll miss one here and there, but those important kicks, those 40ish yarders that pay off a tough drive, he drills those right down the pipe every single time.

With Nugent it was always like, oh god what's gonna happen now, is he gonna trip on the turf, or slip, or kick himself in the face, it was always something weird with that guy.

Feely rocks, and he's built well too, love the tackle he made vs the Texans on the KR, looked like a pro.

And it also seems as if we found ourselves a punter! Things are falling into place, hopefully it will last.

Yeah, I am very happy with Feely and think he's a great kicker. If you have seen the Bucs games, Nugent has missed close FGs and looks horrible. He will probably be out of the league after this season.

Word, Feely is money. He had a great year in Miami before we picked him up. He was only let go because Parcells supposedly didn't like how outspoken he was. Apparently he made some comments in the papers down there or something. I knew Nugent was gone as soon as we signed him last year.

He could actually pass for a football player size wise as opposed to being a scrony little kicker.

I can't complain about special teams on any level through 2 games.

our special teams is one of the main reasons we won this game.. or maybe just leon washington.. we had great starting positions especially for the only TD drive where leon broke off a good run

In Mangina speak, we were solid in all 3 phases. The process to be productive in all three phases was a difficult process but a successful process.

Would you like to touchy Feely?

In all seriousness it's good to have a secure 3 points once we get past the opponent 30.

I feely you, it's nice to have your heart drop in your stomach on every single field goal and PAT.

I was thinking this watching the telecast last night. The last one in particular was not a gimme and it put us up 7 points, a big kick for Week 2 considering the opponent and the stakes. Kind of lost in Ryan and Sanchez, etc, he hasn't missed any kicks in a long while, knock wood.

I was thinking the same thing while at the game Sunday. "Feely's in, no sweat" Don't recall ever feeling that way with Nuge. Don't recall ever feeling that way with any Jets kicker, to be honest.

    Love Feely. Not a homo.

I always felt good about John Hall making the BIG kicks, it was the marginal ones he would miss. Except for Detroit in 2000 but that's the only real BIG one he missed that I can remember. Made a lot of them.
