Two fucking bombs by swisher and granderson tonight.

Moyer vs. Burnett tomorrow. Moyer went 1 IP 9ER in his last outing.

    Kendrick vr. Pettitte on thursday.

The only douche bigger than one from Philly is one from Boston.

The hitting is looking very good, even with Alex out of the lineup. It was fun to watch us beat up on Halladay. Welcome back to the professional league buddy!

What concerns me is CC though. He hasn't had a completely solid start in two months. He started off great, but with a big lead you can't go loading the bases and letting runs start pouring in. He did get jerked on a few calls though, and that definitely didn't help, but he's got to pitch better.

AJ versus Rip Van Winkle tonight. Why'd they flip the starters though? I would've liked to have seen Andy get that matchup.

While AJ hasn't pitched well lately (neither has CC. Why are our aces pitching like back-end starters and our 3,4,5 guys pitching like aces?) this is really the story.

They got owned by a guy who was born when JFK was still President. Moyer is actually older than the Super Bowl.

This team goes out there some nights and can't stop scoring, then some nights they look like they're not even there. There has to be a little more consistency there, and part of that is fielding a regular lineup more often.

Anyway, can't win them all, and they were just simply outpitched last night. 6 runs really isn't a lot to overcome for this team, yet they haven't been able to for the past couple years. On to Andy!

This is the type of thing that drives my father batshit crazy. I'm a pretty optimistic fan, while he has more of a Don-like view, and watching jamie moyer shut the yanks down last night with him was unbearable. he was calling for tex to get moved out of the 3 spot and saying we were better off with granderson on the dl.

Well, I wouldn't go that far.

Anyway, again, Moyer pitched a good game. He deserves credit for the win. I just can't understand how one night this team can score 10 and the next no one gets on base.

this is one of the more disgusting yankee losses of the year. Didnt see any urgency tonight. The more I see of Joba the less I have faith in him
