Our nation celebrates its independence from those limey bastards with a four game set against the team from America's Hat.

    :drunk:

don't bother with the pitching matchups.....you guys will be "broomed out" in your own yard anyway.

    Quick and painless.

Awesome that we get to face Halladay! *sigh*

Even better that we'll have Wang on the mound...

only Halladays second start back so he may not be up to par....he certainly wasnt the first time back...And I hate to have to say this for the 12th time but Wang has gotten better each time out...Hes basically Joba right now-he gives you the same outing......

What is your definition of better? Being competent against the Met's AAA team? If he pitches like that against the Jays, the Yankees haven't the slightest chance against Halladay, second start back or not.

I hthink youre becoming more anti-asian than me Alio. Wang is gonna be fine. You will be shortly admitting that you were too hard on our little yellow friend.

    Doubtful.

Again, I'm not anti-Wang. I'm anti-Wang's hanging sinker being allowed to go every 5 days rather than Hughes' great stuff.

Wang will be a decent starter again at some point (though I believe he will never win 19 again.) To me, that shouldn't happen while suffering through a full season of him getting torched while Hughes is discussed as an 8th inning option. I'd rather see Joba back in the 8th than Hughes.

I'd love to see Wang come out and get 15 ground ball outs a game. It's not going to happen. Trust me, if it does, I'll happily admit I was wrong.

He's given up 8 runs in 15.1 innings, against the Nationals, Braves, and Mets.

Give me a break jonny. Let's see how he pitches against a real team tomorrow.

Okay jonny. There's no reason to argue until tomorrow.

I hate the red caps. Blue and White are the Yankees' colors.

Burnett's stuff is dancing today, but he needs to reign in it a little bit.
