Mind if I start the thread?
    Yankees: 12-6 Orioles: 3-16
    AT Baltimore

    - Game 1: Tuesday 7:05 pm

Phil Hughes, RHP (2-0, 2.19) vs. Kevin Millwood, RHP (0-3, 3.38)

    - Game 2: Wednesday 7:05 pm

CC Sabathia, LHP (2-1, 3.00) vs. Jeremy Guthrie, RHP (0-2, 3.46)

    - Game 3: Thursday 7:05 pm

    A.J. Burnett, RHP (2-0, 3.20) vs. TBA

    ----------------------------------------------------------------------------

I'm guessing we lose the first one, but win the next two.

The O's are a mess. If this isn't a sweep in the making, I don't know what is...

I'll be pretty surprised if the Yankees don't sweep, but at the same time, this could just be an ugly series where we're lucky to win 1. The O's always seem to gear up for the Yankees. No matter how bad they are.

I wouldn't be shocked if either of two things happened: 1) Hughes pitches a no-hitter, 2) the Yankees get trounced and lose the series.

    Very true.

Baltimore does seem exceptionally bad right now, though.

I really like Markakis and Jones as extremely solid young baseball players....

On that note, I do expect a sweep. And I am going on a limb and saying Tex starts to come into form this series with a few bombs and a .400BA. Let's see how this prediction turns out, because my Nick Johnson passing Damon's run total from last year prediction is slowly looking worse :). Still definitely can happen though...

I hate games like this. Hate 'em.

The offense pretends like it can't hit stupid scrub pitchers. Make a couple of stupid baserunning mistakes. Ump squeezes Hughes big time and he walks in his only run. Robertson hits Wigginton on an 0-2 pitch and proceeds to shit his pants. Winn fires a bullet to catch a runner at home that bounces at least five times before it reaches the cutoff man.

    Bad night.

Fuck the Yankees. This is all Cashman's fault.

Cashman is the reason Hughes is pitching bad.

When talking about Nick Johnson, OBP in reality might stand for On Bench Percentage.

Cashman is the reason the Yankees haven't won a World Series since he's taken over.

Tying run coming to the plate. Guess that's all you can ask for.

Well, that, and maybe that they didn't play like assholes for the entire game.
