Great question....id rather see the fins make it....if you guarantee me the ravens win later....then I want Miami to beat us....they have chad...and they have heart.
Since it looks like NE has all but won, I'm very torn over rooting for the dolphins. Even though I'd hate nothing more than Chad and the fish celebrating on our turf, it would guarantee that Mangina gets the pink slip thus helping the Jets out in the long run.
I hate the Patriots, absolutley HATE them. Everything about them. Their fans included. I'd rather see the Phins make it over them, but since the Phins need to beat us to do it. Fuck the Phins! I don't care if Baltimore wins later, I'll be rooting for a Jets win the entire game.
If the Ravens win and we can't make it in, there is really no positive to winning to the game against Miami. I'll take the higher draft pick.
I'm rooting big time for Chad & The Fins because this will be one brutal slap in the face for the Jets organization, who deserve it after screwing their fans with the Favre Fraud Fiasco.
I would rather see the Pats win, why? We are already used to them winning. Letting the worse team in the league last year beat us, would be embarrassing.

since the Pats have been the team we have been trying to catch for years now, their making the playoffs magnifies the failure of this team. so, if the argument entails the Jets not making the playoffs, I'd rather the Pats make it, that inherently makes this team and coaching staff look worse and improves the chance of a change. the Dolphins winning the division and making the playoffs could be dismissed as a fluke and wouldn't reflect back on the Jets as much as the Pats.
