I hate to see the guy wearing a Pats uniform and in the post he said he would love to retire as a jet. I say throw him a bone and let him be the third stringer next year. He could really help Clemens along. Then he could retire as a Jet

No. Vinny should never be in uniform ever again. Him playing this year is terrible enough.

No... if you want to give him a asst. qb coach position I'd be fine with that... but the last thing we should do is clog up a roster spot with a 45 year old QB

I honestly trust him with the ball more than Ramsey, so it might be an upgrade.

Vinny has certainly pissed me off time and time again.. But his big year with Parcells here was truly good stuff and if we could have beaten Denver, we were SB bound...

He deserves to retire a Jet... I say sign him for a day, let him retire...

I think we have had enough of this guy. I really hoped he would retire a jet but at this point I have no intrest seeing him back with this team. Screw it call Doug Flutie.

Sure why not, and how about we put Cox back in, we'll see if Al Toon is available again....and lets not forget Mark Gastenau.

Just think, we could could experience truly "bone shattering" hits.

    Mostly hips.

He could have retired as a Jet by not playing this year. He's only ruined it for himself.

I would love to see vinny play on sunday. Guaranteed win for us if that actually were to take place. You have to think that vinny would help us beat the pats.

When did Jetsrock16 get a new sn?

No wait, he would have said that Vinny should start.

In answer to the question, no.

No, no, no, and no. New era. The fascination with that bum is absurd. He was a total Parcells creation who allowed a lockerroom where veterans overruled the coach during the Herm era and he's one of the games all time worst decision makers.

Sign him for a day, let him retire a Jet, then hire him as an assistant coach.

If I wanted Kellen Clemens to learn how to throw an interception, Vinny's the man, otherwise, No.
