With the new TV contracts in 2014, is the salary cap moot ?

I know people are constantly talking about how the salary cap is or was going to be an issue for us, but with the new nfl tv contracts around the corner in 2014 expecting to raise the salary cap anywhere from 30-50 + million a year isnt the salary cap an issue moot for us ?

I mean we all already know Tanny is the premier cap genius in the nfl, so I cant imagine it being that difficult to just set up or rework any contracts so that the majority of the cap money doesnt count against us till 2014.

This would allow us to get around having a cap nightmare due to guys like Pace/Scott/Holmes, as well as doing pretty much anything we want.

And on the same topic, do you think that having a significantly increased salary cap is going to benefit large market teams (ie us) significantly more than it would other teams ? I know you have to expect player salaries to shoot up a bit, and that other teams will have minimium required cap thresholds, but I still think you have to expect this to be a huge boost for the team
