I give him credit for trying to play again. If it were me, I don't know if I would. The doctors obviously cleared him to play but still. He died on the field for a few seconds. Anybody would be shaken by that.

Because people vote based on their emotions. I think it's utterly asinine, but there is a good chance they'll give him the award because he almost died and no other reason.
