Pretty stupid question, but I have on the Pettitte news conference, and this thought came to my mind. Since the Mitchell Report has come out, and numerous players have spoken out as to their use of HGH, and other steroids, does anyone think the 2008 season will have steroid users?
you mean like any single player takin the shit this year?? ummm I would have to assume theres a couple guys stupid enough, sure.
The MLB steroid policy is still a joke, despite its attempts to improve it. Tons of people in the olympics went years without testing positive in a program much, much more difficult to cheat than the current baseball policy (or any of the 4 major pro sports for that matter). I'm not that concerned about HGH because it simply doesn't help players become better players, but the advanced stuff like the Cream and the Clear are only going to continue to become more and more mainstream and more widely used. I really don't see the PED use stopping any time soon just because now people are finding out who was using 10 year ago, hopefully I'll be wrong though.
