No. He will not. He has played 4 NFL seasons. How many Pick-6's does he even have? Can't be that many.
A better question is will he fumble? Sanchez is all the time NFL leader in fumbles per game and he has a good chance of moving into the top 100 all time for total fumbles this year if he can get enough playtime. He needs to keep in practice if he is going to remain number 1.
I can't vote in this poll because it doesn't have the "No. He will improve upon the practice and only throw an interception that doesn't go for a pick 6" option.
any TO is going to be magnified in the current environment. it really depends on execution of the TO. a fumbled snap, pick 6 on a sideline pattern, or a bad overthrow is gonna get him in deep shit with the fans. if he loses the ball on a brutal sack or a receiver tips or muffs a well thrown ball then no sweat.
This is getting pretty sad. If Sanchez starts this year, why bother even watching the Jets? Well you could just change to another channel while the offense is on the field ...
I have to say, it is messed up to make fun of your own player more than you do rival players. Maybe it is just my personality, but it makes no sense to me. I cheer for my team. I wish them well and to succeed. Heck, I even cheered for Jason Taylor when he wore Green and White. I am a fan.
This thread does bring up a real issue that the Jets have to worry about: Quarterbacks make mistakes. There is NO WAY that Sanchez can play mistake-free. And any single, little mistake he makes, the Jets fans will go nuts on him. It is a shame our fanbase is like this, but true. I wonder if they discussed how to react to it?
The odds have to be good he will and I want some of that bookie's action who offers a bet on that one.
