Would they? and should they? If theres a player they are targeting, such as a CB or a WR, I think they will pull the trigger like last yr. If we move down from the 6th, I dont think we would then move up from the 36th though.
Yes they have already decided to move up. They are going to trade the 36th pick, the third round pick and next years first round pick to move up.
I doubt it unless a player they really want takes a major fall. There should be a lot of value at 36, think they will stay
No, they don't have a 3rd round pick and only have 6 picks in this years draft. If anything, I would like to see them trade back and get more picks. The value from 25-36 in this years draft is about the same in my opinion. Stay or trade back. No trade ups.
Yeh, I would like to bump down to the middle or late 2nd to pick up a 3rd or 4th, depending on the value
I would like to trade down with either our first or 2nd. I think we could benefit from 3 first day picks over the two we have now.
not a chance. There's a lot of depth in this draft. A late first round guy won't be much better than an early second round player in this draft. It's not worth trading away another draft pick.
I hope not. Too much depth in this draft to do so, unless someone takes an untimely fall and we need to jump ahead of a team to nab him (see the Browns last year with Quinn).
Yeah there will probably be multiple really good picks that will fill a need at #36. I think the Jets stay put and take a WR, ILB, or CB.
Right, I'm just saying for example that if someone like Quentin Groves, Limas Sweed, or the like slips to, say, the Giants' pick we might want to jump ahead of Miami to nab them if we like them enough. I know, fat chance this happens but anything's possible on draft day. I'm 100% for staying at our pick and nabbing someone like Cason, Hardy, or Lofton however if none of this plays out.
With the TE's left in the draft he isn't worth a 3rd, at best a late 4th. Depends on how fast the rest of the TE's go.
