    Hope so

He's good at blowing up screen passes and slants..I feel he will be vital for our D next week

agreed...his status is very important for us in this game...i really hope he can play...truthfully i was expecting him to play against the bengals or at least suit up...the fact he was inactive is troubling to me...the jets have been very quiet about strickland

Having Strickland back would be a major boost to our passing defense. Say goodbye to those screens to Sproles if Stricland plays.

I really hope so. He's been a good player for us this season when he is on the field. Having Revis, Sheppard, Lowery, and Strickland all out there next week would be really nice.

Speaking of which. Lowery was hurt late in the Bengals game, anybody know his deal? Did he return to that game? It looked bad at the time, but I don't recall hearing a word about it since.

It looked like he got punched in the balls. He came back in a few plays later. He should be alright for next week.

I like the latin (especially the way the "Diego" fits in there). I just hope we don't have to salt their fields as well.

The chargers havent ran the run that well this year so just reinerating if our secondary is healthy i really like our chances.

Strained quad for Strickland injured during the Colt game (sacking Colt backup QB Curtis Painter). That he's been out for 2 weeks is cause for concern. Here's a guy we could use; a guy who's missed 6 games this year as it is. He's gonna be needed to round out a secondary that's going to be tested next weekend (recall last year's 48-29 loss on Monday Night Football; granted this year's Jets don't have a David Bowens playing LB or a David Barratt playing CB this year--his pick/td that game notwithstanding).

FYI: Early betting lines: Chargers -7.5; over/under 42.5

Say goodbye to blown coverages by Drew Coleman if our top 4 corners are playing.

its best to keep all our injuries very low key until game time to throw them off guard....
