I don't know. Maybe the 100 or so Jets fans that went to New Orleans to watch the Jets-Saints game can tell you.
LC's last season proved he was a whiny guy. I will give him his due, he was a good reciever for a while here and had some memorable moments. But the drops and excuses last year were too much. For me, he has fallen off the radar and I really am impartial to him. I won't boo but really could care less that he is facing us. Boy did Tannenbaum have him pegged though. Declining skills and not worth his contract.
Why would we boo him? He put his heart and soul on the line for this team, on the field Coles is one of the biggest warriors this team has ever had. If Coles is boo'd I'll be embarrassed to call myself a Jets fan.
I will cheer the fact that we are not paying that salary. I liked Coles as a player. He always gave it all, no matter how he sounded in the press.
I always liked Coles but he's way down the list if things I care about this week. I can see him hurting us though, you figure Revis will take care of Chad Johnson, hopefully LC doesn't go Wes Welker on us.
$ was the reason. I don't care enough, he hasn't really been a major factor for the Bengals this season. His play (shouldn't) really have a major effect.
Coles is unworthy of a reaction. He thought he was elite, he was good not great. Good not great gets a "oh yeah that guy,". Then we remember the contract holdouts; then we remember Coles was a piece of trash. EDIT: miamipuck that's my gf sure you can use her as ur avatar
