This game was horrible. But that in mind I would rather take the wildcard spot rather then BE 1# seed with all those expectations. I don't trust our team with extra TIME. And I hope this wakes up our team. -and as I type this an interception.... Crazy Chances we miss playoffs? anyone? I think we make it
Well the way the Jets come out of long breaks, it's almost better. Key word almost. No way in hell I take an extra game in the playoffs over home field and 1 less game. Biggest game in recent history and a blowout. Put this loss on not being ready, and after all the Jets said this was their biggest game.... that's the saddest part.
I realize this is only one game, but its a game you can't lose this badly. Its funny that the hockey episode of South Park was just on because that's what this game looks like, little boys playing against grown men. How can we expect them to win a big playoff game when they can't win a regular season game against a good team.
This better be a huge motivator for the team. The defense stopped trying in the 3rd and they need to be embarrassed. This game better be a motivating point. Somebody needs to hit Brady in the mouth.
I dont understand how the jets can lose this bad. I realize maybe the pats are better. but 45 - 3?? (so far) It makes no sense. The Jets beat the Browns, browns beat pats. So you would think it would be close? Something is wrong.
The Patriots have a great chance at the 1 seed now. They beat Balt and Pitt already and have a better record than both. If the Jets are the 5 seed and win in the Wild Card round and the 3 seed beats the 6 seed, then the Jets would play at New England in the divisional round.
??? I didn't put any specifics in my scenario aside from the Pats at 1 and the Jets at 5. My scenario was 1- NE 2- North winner 3- West or South winner 4- West or South winner 5- Jets 6- 2nd wild card team If the Jets win the 4-5 game and the 3 seed beats the 6 seed, the Jets would go to NE for a divisional playoff game.
Yes very true - i was looking at the current standings. i don't think the 3-4 seeds will be able to beat the 5-6 seeds even at home this year.
