Why was this guy cut?

    I am rather surprised to find that Bishop Sankey was released from Titans.

    He is very young [23] and his production isn't shabby either.

    Jets need a good young RB as well - don't they? I think he's still on Pats PS. What's the odds of him being a total bum? [I don't know if that is the case but.]

    The guy we picked up on waivers, Troymaine Pope, looks promising as well. He started as a camp body but pushed hard for a final roster spot. Some of the Seahawk beat writers thought he deserved a roster spot ahead of Alex Collins who was a 5th round pick this year.

    I don't know if Pope is any better than Sankey but I'll wager he is at least the same. I'll give Macc the benefit of the doubt on picking the better option.
