After viewing this video I have total confidence we will sign Trevor if we have the first pick.

Excellent video and thnx you for this thread. Loved it.

Yes. The Jets having so many draft picks can become attractive for Trevor Lawrence.

Yes. The Jets having the most A+ available cap space can become attractive for Trevor Lawrence.

Yes. Playing in the biggest media market of NY with potential to become the biggest Megastar since Namath/Ewing/Jeter/Judge/Beckham Jr etc can become attractive for Trevor Lawrence.

    Etc. Etc.

But the Jets have something that most teams won't have come the #1 pick. And could become the most attractive asset the Jets or any other team can offer Trevor Lawrence. It's called a FRANCHISE LT who's here to protect his blindside for the next 10 years; his name is Becton and he's an ANIMAL.

Good video. A lot of what was said has already been said here plenty of times but he points it all out very clearly.

Being a QB for the Jets is definitely a crapshoot but if you hit you become a living legend. A truly confident person is willing to bet on themself.

All of this I have said here for the most part. Just be aware, please please please every Jets fan, for your own mental health, realize there is a very real possibility that the Jets do not end up with the #1 pick. The Jets only have 1 less win than the Vikings, Giants, Falcons, Bengals, Football Team, and Jaguars. They also (will likely) have a stronger strength of schedule than all of these teams. That means that to get the 1st pick they have to have less wins. If any of those teams go 1-15, and the Jets win even 1 game, they will lose the 1st overall pick.

Just keep your expectations grounded as best you can.

You forgot to include the 1-4 Chargers and the 1-5 Texans too!

Good. If he doesn't waffle at us his trade value remains peak.

I totally agree with what you're saying. The Jaguars are the team that worries me. A lot of the other teams bump each other out such as Washington & Giants, Bengal & Texans, Atlanta & Chargers, Vikings & Jaguars, Bengal & Washington, Giants & Bengals, Texas & Jaguars, Jaguars & Chargers.
The way I see it Jaguars pose the biggest threat to lose out. Most other teams have winnable games to play. Jaguars have Texans, Chargers, & Vikings as there most winnable games. Personally I feel we have to lose out to get the 1st pick. But I'm hoping Minsu can pull a win off for Jaguars vs. Chargers this week. But I'm not counting on it.

This is exactly the situation and Trevor Lawrence knows it. There is no way we jeopardize the franchise for Adam Gase

The Texans have Watson so would almost certainly pass up the chance to take TL. But it's moot....their pick belongs to the Dolphins, and even there they have Tua with 1 year under his belt and I doubt they would ditch him for TL.

You do wonder if teams like the Texans, Miami, and even San Diego would ditch their young/1st year QB's for TL.
