It makes you wonder how often something like this occurs... I mean seriously? they spend their entire lives for two years watching tape on these guys, and they weren't worried about it early in the 6th as a what if type thing? whatever, Slauson played well last year, and as he improves he will be a damn capable starter for us. I don't know if he will get to Brandon Moore's level of awesomeness, but if he gets anywhere close Jets fans should be happy as hell, even if we did get luckier than fuck if this is actually the whole truth...

I don't understand why this shocks people. The personnel guys get as caught up in the hype as anyone else. There are people who purport to be experts who have their opinions on every guy out there, and it's probably easy to doubt yourself. Looking back, guys like Jamarcus Russell who everyone scoffs at as incredible busts were probably high on a lot of teams draft boards. -X-
