Don't know you guys but this time, I got family from Turkey joining us in USA. (More terrorists for you. Hahaha)

    We will go crazy.

Tons of IPA's and some Heineken.
White Wine and Red Wine for the dinner.
    Patron Tequila
    Maker's Mark
    Turkish Raki

Tons of Turkish meze and Kurdish meze to go with drinks.

Plenty of junk food from wings to Pizza to macaroni salad. Chips of course

New Years Eve is big in our culture so we will go crazy. Stay off Madison, NJ people because Madison will be rocking.

Start with baked black truffle Brie wrapped in pie crust with fig jam.

Jumbo black tiger shrimp cooked on my new Himilayan salt block the kids got me for Christmas.

Oven roasted Chilean Sea Bass with a beurre blanc sauce over wilted baby spinach, sautéed asparagus. No starch going lite :D

Single malt scotch for the men, pomegranate cosmos for the womenz, Proseco at midnight.

Wedding diet starts Sunday nite after Jet game.

    What are 2.25's?

Gotta a smoker box for my grill. It's a start, going to try something next week.

I would start with a nice pork shoulder just to get used to doing a long smoke. Do your homework as different woods impart different flavors. Just remember with the smoker box, all your fuel goes into it and the main chamber is used simply for smoking your product. No fuel (wood/charcoal) goes into the main chamber.

Got some Amish butter to dip them in too... Thinking perhaps a nice side of rice pilaf.

excellent starter woods. DO NOT soak them in water. That is a myth. I take it you're attaching the smoker box to your grill?

It's a box that goes into the grill under the grates.
