I think possible the Bills, given our history with them, although the drafted well and everyone in the media are in love with them. I think the Colts with out Manning as well. What do you think?
Always a trap question to answer. Last year, when they looked at their schedule before the season, I'm sure San Francisco's opponents thought they'd be an easy W.
I think the Colts are the only easy win. With that said, I think the Rams should be an easy win too. And with that said, there are no easy wins in the NFL.
The entire NFC West besides SF is pure dog shit. That being said, going to Seattle, like in 2008, could be an absolute nightmare.
I would agree until proven otherwise Jville, even at home, is one of the weak sisters of the league right now. Buffalo on the other hand, despite the recent favorable won lost record, is a division opponent, and those can always be tough. Don't forget the Bills would have won that game if Jackson had not dropped that pass that went right through his hands. So I would say Jville it is.
At least we don't have a game on Sunday night and then on the following Thursday... The NFL loves to screw the Jets, haha. That being said, I think there are "easy games" and then there are games that we should reasonably expect to win. I can count 9-10 games that we should reasonably expect to win, but only 1 "easy" game (Colts)
I think the Steelers, 49ers, Texans, Pats, Titans and Chargers are all pretty easy wins, that said there are no easy wins in the NFL.
So let me see if I got this right. We have the ability to soundly beat a few teams on our schedule, but there are no easy wins in the NFL?
An "easy" win implies that you are certainly (or almost certainly) going to win the game because the team you are facing does not compare to your own team. This usually doesn't happen in the NFL, because there is a degree of parity to the league.... most teams CAN beat most teams in a single match-up (it's not like you must win 4 of 7) There are a far higher number of games that we SHOULD win but they aren't "easy"... an NFL game is an NFL game. No one's playing against college teams.
No easy games. The Jets also love to lose a game against a team they are highly favored against. So again, no easy games
In my entire lifetime the Jets have been fairly consistent in blowing at least one game each season that they had no business losing. Often 2 or three. Who do we play after the bye? Thats been a bad week for a long time now.
I wouldn't chalk up any easy W's other than the Colts and Jaguars. If they lose either of those it will be a long season.
