The first 3 picks were as follows:
    Texans: Bush
    Saints: Mario
    Titans: Young

Who do you take if you're the Jets?

:eek:hmy: How do you work that out? Thats one of the position I would say we are set in. Its adequate for the season.
The #1 and #2 concerns are OL and a DE/OLB.
Sorry and to answear the question , Hawk.

Norman Chow passes on Leinart but you think he's your guy?

No, Chow doesn't have the final say for the Titans, but do you think they'd ignore the man who knows Leinart best, the guy they picked as their OC?

we signed two linebackers and two offensive linemen in FA.

Leinart would be a steal at four, then we can take some OL and a DE in the later rounds in the draft...

One of those LBs will be a ST if McClover does not make it back. Also Chatham and Kassell are not the answear in the 34. If this were the scenario next week I say trade down

kassell is a very good player, but i agree we need a rush OLB. But i think you're forgetting how slim of a chance chad has of coming back full strength. So, think for a minute. With chad out of the picture and you're stuck with shit, shit and shit. Wouldn't you draft the best qb in the draft if you were in that situation?

oh you were serious?, well it was hard to tell if i was suppose to take you seriously because of your sn. NORM CHOW IS NOT THE GM OF THE TITANS, SO HE WOULD NOT BE THE ONE PASSING ON HIM, AND YES THEY WOULD IGNORE HIM IF THEY FELT YOUNG HAD MORE UPSIDE

Since you put your response in all caps it must be correct even if it doesn't make sense.

I know what you're saying and have to admit that I think Chad will tumble like a pack of cards and we are back to the 05 season. I still stand by drafting a rusher though (with fingers crossed for the QB situ.)
I would like to get a shirt with Shit written on the back , what chance?

Well you can't pick a rush lb at 4, because they're aren't any worth taking at that spot

Anyway i think i said too many shits, besides chad all we have is brooks and ramsey, so as long as you don't consider chad shit...then we'd be stuck with just shit and shit

It's very simple. Just put yourself in the GM's shoes. You hire Chow to run your offense; he wants Leinart; he knows Leinart better than you know Young. You'd have to be a high-order egomanic to think that you know better and make your OC run his offense with Vince Young.

Therefore, if the Titans pass on Leinart, it's a safe bet that it's because Norman Chow isn't in love with him.
