There were rumors circulating that Andy Reid liked Geno Smith in the draft, but instead went with Eric Fisher and Alex Smith. Geno is one Jets QB that I truly feel bad for. Sanchez started before he was ready, but at least he had a great team around him. Geno started before he was ready and got stuck throwing to guys like Chaz Schillens, Jeremy Kerley, Jeff Cumberland, etc.. Scrap Heap guys. He then finally gets a shot to show what he can do this year (after the jaw break last year) with the some real weapons on offense and gets hurt in his first game. If he was on Kansas City he would probably stil be on the bench, but like Glennon be in position for a big contract.
